FACULTY OF LAW, ECONOMICS AND MANAGEMENT

The faculty of  Law, Economy and Management was formed in 2015 as a result of merging of Department of Law and Faculty of Economics and Management.

7 departments are a part of faculty:

• Department of Theory and History of  the state and law and Educational law

• Department of Constitutional  and Municipal Law

• Department of Civil Law and Procedure

• Department of Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics

• Department of Criminal Law and Criminology

• Department of Economics and Management

• Department of law-enforcement and anti-corruption activity

Preparation is conducted in internal and correspondence forms (including second higher education and the reduced program of preparation). The term of training in full-time makes 4 years, on correspondence – 5 years. The students who are in absentia getting second higher education study 3,5 years.

At faculty training in the directions of training of bachelors is conducted:

40.03.01 "Jurisprudence"

38.03.03 "Personnel Management"

43.03.01 "Service".

Also preparation in the directions of a magistracy is carried out:

44.04.01 "Personnel management", educational programs: "Management in an education system", "Management of personnel in the modern organization";

40.04.01 "Law", educational program "Applied law".
