Department of Scientific Communications and Publishing Activities
The Department of Scientific Communications and Publishing Activities is a structural unit of UlSPU. Its main objectives are the following:

to promote the university as a leading regional centre in the field of humanities, social and pedagogical sciences;

to promote the achievements of university scholars at the regional, interregional, and international levels;

to encourage university scholars to increase the quality of scientific research work and to publish the results of their research;
- to regulate the work of the UlSPU Publishing House
The structure of the Department includes:

Editorial and Publishing House;

Scientific Library;

Printing Office.
The overall management of the Department is conducted by the Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs, while day-to-day operations are led by the Head of the Department.
